So this weekend, I really messed up :(
We had a really great contest thanks to Mr. Dave and
Beanstalk SEO. By the way, not only is this man handsome, a wonderful family man, and funny... he is a class act!
Anyway... he was giving away a netbook during his presentation.
So you had to tweet something out to the world to win.
We must have both been watching the #nle chatroom because we both saw that Ms. Brandi was the first person to tweet the right answer.
However, we later learned that not everyone who was using the #nle hashtag tweets was showing up in our chatroom. SUCH a bummer. I bet those people felt ignored. If you did...
I AM SO SORRY :( WE LOVE YOU!!!!Back to the story. So poor Dustin was like.... Wait I was first. Guess what? He was! We didn't even know.
So Dave and I thought about this.
Clearly Dustin was the true winner. If we were him... we would be upset that we didn't win.
However, poor Brandi (bummies28) thought she was the winner, was told she was the winner, and celebrated winning a netbook.
So in the true spirit of the New Life Event...
They both get a brand new netbook from Dave and Shawna.
We felt that was the only right thing to do!
So I am truly from the bottom of my heart sorry to Dustin who must have felt like he got kicked in the you know what.
